The Story:
In the midst of the uproar in the concert, there was a musician who played the song.
In the midst of the turmoil in the ocean, there was a sailor who reached the shore.
The musician soothed souls.
The sailor saved lives.
They both had a heart, a heart filled with courage,
They both found a reason great enough to die for.
The Lesson:
Before it is too late, follow your dream, sing your song,
And find something great enough to die for..
d prob is ..we dying much before we can even think of sumthing gr8 ;)

ReplyDeleteI loved this one. being lost and feeling found ..that may be the natural state of all things, and nature works deliberately and confidently it seems. what is good or seems/feels right in the meantime is a difficult question.it ends up that the condition involves changeable value judgements and i suppose a lot of that is related to experience individuality social/societal identification and genetics
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite quotes by Henry David Thoreau - "All endeavor calls for the ability to tramp the last mile, shape the last plan, endure the last hours toil. The fight to the finish spirit is the one... characteristic we must posses if we are to face the future as finishers." :)... Guess we all know what we love doing best and what we are meant to do. We just struggle with pursuing it and doing justice to it till the end.. :).... Loved this piece you've written...
ReplyDeleteVery inspiring words.
